Would you like to purchase an annual pass?

It is currently not possible to purchase annual passes for the museum.

The museum at Øster Voldgade 5–7 will close after 1 November 2026. This closure is part of the preparations for the opening of the new Natural History Museum Denmark at Sølvtorvet, which is expected to open in spring 2027.

As an annual pass is valid for 12 months, passes purchased after 1 November 2025 will not be valid for a full year. Therefore, it is temporarily not possible to purchase new annual passes for the museum.

The exhibitions, museum shop, and café at Øster Voldgade will remain open as usual until 1 November 2026, and it is still possible to buy regular tickets. The Botanical Garden and the Palm House will remain open after museum at Øster Voldgade have closed down.

Stay informed via our website and newsletter for the latest updates and to learn when ticket and annual pass sales for the new museum will open.
