Billet til Palmehuset

The ticket gives access to one visit to the Palm House incl. the Butterfly House. The ticket must be activated on the selected visit date during opening hours.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

By purchasing your ticket in advance, you are guaranteed entry to the Palm House on your selected date. From 1 March 2026, time slots will be introduced to minimise waiting times.

Renovation of the Palm House

Please note that renovation work is currently taking place in the Palm House. This means that parts of the Palm House complex may be closed to visitors for certain periods. The rest of the Botanical Garden, Palm House, and museum remain open as usual.
