Ticket to the Palm House incl. the Butterfly House
The ticket gives access to one visit to the Palm House incl. the Butterfly House. The ticket must be activated on the selected visit date during opening hours.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
When purchasing a ticket in advance, you are guaranteed entry to the Palm House on your selected date and time.
Please also remember to book a time slot with free admission if you are visiting the Palm House with an annual pass, Copenhagen Card, Parkmuseerne, ODM, ICOM, a companion ticket or a guided tour for the Botanical Garden.
Renovation of the Palm House
Please note that renovation work is currently taking place in the Palm House. This means that parts of the Palm House complex will be closed to visitors at times.
The rest of the Botanical Garden, the Palm House, and the museum remain open as usual.
