Ticket to the Palm House incl. the Butterfly House
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure entry on your chosen date and time. Tickets are sent by email after purchase.
Please note that it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you do not receive it, we recommend also checking your spam folder.
Please also remember to book a time slot if you are visiting with an annual pass, Copenhagen Card, Parkmuseerne, ODM, ICOM, a companion ticket or a guided tour ticket for the Botanical Garden.
The ticket grants entry for one visit to the Palm House in the Botanical Garden, incl. the Butterfly House. The ticket must be activated for the selected date within opening hours.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Tickets are currently released on a rolling basis. As a result, tickets are only available to purchase up to one month before your visit date.
Renovation of the Palm House
Please note that renovation work is currently taking place in the Palm House. This means that parts of the Palm House complex will be closed to visitors at times.
The rest of the Botanical Garden, the Palm House, and the museum remain open as usual.
