Tickets

The ticket gives access to one visit to the Natural History Museum Denmark and the Palm House in the Botanical Garden. The Ticket must be activated within one year from the date of purchase and is hereafter valid for 24 hours.

It is not possible to exchange or refund the ticket.

Renovation of the Botanical Garden
Please note that in 2025, we are renovating parts of the pathways in the Botanical Garden and the Palm House. As a result, smaller sections of the garden and parts of the Palm House will be temporarily closed to the public at times.
